Saw my first flying bumblebees of 2012 today.
These two were visiting these flowers near Victoria Station in the centre of the urban jungle in London.

As for the bees they look like Bombus terrestris queens, I think? Excellent shot of the pollen colour.

The plant is a winter honeysuckle. Lonicera Fragrantissima.
Looks like it is good plant to have around for the bees since it flowers early in the year.
