See bees in Regent’s Park

Are you coming to London and want to see bees and taste urban honey? Or do you live in the capital and want to visit a secret apiary and find out about the different types of bees living in your city?

We’re running bee tours on the last Friday of each month during spring and summer in Regent’s Park. We will introduce you to the bumblebees and solitary bees foraging in the park, the flora they feed on, and the delicious honey made by our honeybees.

The 3 hour tour includes:

  • spotting and identifying bees along Regent’s Park’s tree-lined avenues and flower-rich borders
  • a visit to our apiary hidden away from the public
  • the chance to taste our exclusive Regent’s Park honey
  • learning about how you can help provide wild bees with food and shelter back home.

You’ll receive a goody bag containing:

  • Bee-spotter identification guide
  • Bee-friendly plant list
  • Trees for bees list
  • Taster jar of Regent’s Park honey
  • Bee educational postcards.

You will need

  • Suitable footwear for walking.
  • Trousers and trainers/shoes/boots (no sandals) if you wish to visit the apiary.
