We believe that keeping bees is a wonderful way to bring nature to the city.

We encourage urban beekeeping by training and educating people to become responsible beekeepers in an urban environment.

We are currently working with the Co-operative Group, the London Wildlife Trust and the City of London Festival to train new beekeepers and maintain hives across the capital from St Paul’s Cathedral and Camley Street Nature Park to Sir John Cass’s primary school.

We are pleased to be involved with the Co-operative's Plan Bee community work - Join the Revolution Campaign.

Whether you have a small back garden, a roof top at home or at work you could keep bees. And because of the variety of plants in the city’s parks, railway sidings and tree-lined roads, urban dwellers enjoy delicious honey. Since honeybees are gentle creatures which eat only pollen and nectar they can, with careful planning and preparation, live side by side with you and your neighbours.
