Battersea Honey for sale Each harvest of our London honey produces subtle differences of flavour, consistency and colour. We extract the honey directly from the comb either by spinning or by pressing. It is filtered through a mesh to catch the wax. We do not add anything to it, or heat or interfere in any way with our bees' produce. As well as tasting delicious and being low on air miles, local honey is also thought to be a cure for hayfever. Battersea
Honey July 2010 £5 jar - 227g London honey from our Battersea hives, July 2010 a dark amber coloured, rich tasting honey with a medium consistency and a slight toffee flavour Battersea
Honey June 2010 £5 jar - 227g London honey from our Battersea hives, June 2010 lighter in colour than the honey above. Lighter in taste also.
What our customers have said about our honey. received the honeys the other day and we sampled
them and I can tell you that I am completely knocked out by the July Battersea
batch, its flavour is fantastic and it is being consumed, by me, very
quickly, so I hope there is still some left when it comes time to re-order.
My son loves the darker June honey so that's good too.
